this is based on the abstract style of Richard Diebenkorn. the canvas had a layer of modeling paste and texture was added by gesso with a pallet knife. this painting is the abstract view from a south-facing window that over looks the highways.acrylic 12x16

I don't usually work with acrylics. not bad paints, I just prefer oils.
